Advanced Equipment and Production Processes
Our production facility is equipped with advanced equipment, including large-scale laser cutting machines, plasma cutting systems, high-precision bending machines, an automatic longitudinal seam welding system for special-shaped tanks, and a dedicated enclosed paint shop.

Annual Production Capacity
Hengtong produces over 15,000 trailers annually, including container trailers, box trailers, tanker trucks, specialized vehicles, and fully customized trailers. Our streamlined processes and parallel production lines enable us to handle large orders in a short period of time.
Delivery times for standard trailer models can be as short as 15 business days. Customized or modified trailer models typically take 30-45 days, depending on complexity. We maintain operational flexibility and can handle urgent or regular batch deliveries based on customer needs.
Engineering and Technical Support
Our strong team of engineers and skilled technicians ensures our production capacity. We employ over 30 experienced trailer structural designers who utilize CAD and SolidWorks software for 3D modeling, strength analysis, and design optimization.
All welders in our factory are certified and experienced in handling large and complex structures. Our technical support team, fluent in both Chinese and English, ensures efficient coordination of international projects and OEM/ODM collaborations.
