Daily maintenance precautions for excavators

Daily inspection work is an important link to ensure the long-term efficient operation of hydraulic excavators, especially for individual businesses. Doing a good job in daily inspection work can effectively reduce maintenance costs.
Firstly, rotate the machinery twice to check for any abnormalities in its appearance and chassis, as well as any grease leakage from the slewing bearings. Then, inspect the deceleration and braking devices, as well as the bolts and fasteners of the tracks. Tighten those that need to be tightened and replace them in a timely manner. If it is a wheeled excavator, it is necessary to check for any abnormalities in the tires and the stability of the air pressure.
Check whether the excavator bucket teeth have significant wear. It is understood that the wear of bucket teeth will significantly increase the resistance during the construction process, seriously affecting work efficiency and increasing the wear of equipment components.
Check for cracks or oil leaks in the boom and cylinder. Check the battery electrolyte to avoid being below the low-level line.
The air filter is an important component to prevent a large amount of dusty air from entering the excavator, and should be checked and cleaned regularly.
Regularly check whether fuel, lubricating oil, hydraulic oil, coolant, etc. need to be added, and it is best to choose the oil according to the instructions and keep it clean.
