The requirements for tank material of chemical liquid transport semi-trailer have changed according to the characteristics of the transported medium. Common chemical liquid tank body materials include stainless steel (202, 304, 316L), carbon steel, plastic steel (plastic lined tank), glass fiber reinforced plastic, aluminum tank, full plastic tank (polyethylene, polypropylene), etc. The full plastic tank series uses polyethylene as the main raw material formulation process, forming full plastic and plastic steel products in a whole once, with the characteristics of seam free, non leakage, corrosion resistance, aging resistance, impact resistance, non-toxic, long life, low price, etc., and is suitable for the storage, transportation, reaction, mixing, wastewater and gas treatment of most acids, alkalis, salts, alcohols, aldehydes. Steel straps are often used to bind and fix the transport tank on the car chassis. The all plastic tank series uses polypropylene as the main raw material process, and the 20MM thick polypropylene sheet is welded with double-sided special technology. Plastic steel composite tank series (lined plastic tank): Steel plastic composite anti-corrosion series products are formed by using a steel mesh transition structure to modify PE as a whole on the inner wall of the steel tank. They have the dual characteristics of PE anti-corrosion performance and metal strength, and can be used at temperatures ranging from -20 ℃ to 70 ℃. The products include pressure tanks, large storage and transportation tanks, reaction vessels, ion exchange columns, chemical towers, pipeline valves, etc., and are widely used in the storage, reaction, and transportation tanks of the chemical industry. Carbon steel tank series: finely treated with anti-corrosion paint both inside and outside, suitable for the transportation of various non corrosive chemical liquids. Operating temperature: -20 ℃~60 ℃, with a relatively small range of application (for concentrated sulfuric acid with a concentration>97%, a 6-8mm thick carbon steel plate can be used to make the tank body). Fiberglass tanks have a wide range of applications, but due to their high brittleness and low toughness, they should not be made too large when used as transport tanks. Aluminum cans are the best choice for transporting liquid nitric acid. Stainless steel tanks have a wide range of applications, but the cost is relatively high.
