Cement Bulker Trailer

Cement bulk trailer is mainly used for transporting bulk cement. The following is its usage description:
1. Preparation before transportation
● Vehicle inspection: Ensure the normal operation of mechanical components such as tires, brakes, and suspension systems of the trailer, check the sealing of the tank body to prevent cement leakage.
● Loading equipment commissioning: if loading and unloading equipment (such as pneumatic conveying system or screw conveyor) is equipped, it shall be commissioned in advance to ensure its normal operation.
● Protective measures: Apply protective agents to areas inside or outside the tank that may come into contact with cement to reduce the risk of cement adhesion and corrosion.

2. Loading operation
● Connection and fixation: securely connect the trailer to the tractor, and check whether the traction pin, safety chain, and other components are reliable.
● Cement loading: Cement is loaded into the tank through the top opening or dedicated loading and unloading port. Pneumatic conveying equipment or grab buckets can be used to ensure uniform loading and avoid local overload.
● Loading capacity control: Based on the rated load and tank capacity of the trailer, reasonably control the cement loading capacity to avoid overloading.

3. Transportation process
● Driving safety: Maintain a moderate speed, avoid sudden braking, sharp turns, or severe bumps, and prevent cement from shaking or clumping in the tank.
● Monitoring and maintenance: Regularly check the vehicle status, including tire pressure, tank temperature, etc. If any abnormalities are found (such as leaks or abnormal noises), stop the vehicle promptly for inspection.
● Dust prevention measures: During transportation, dust prevention measures should be taken (such as covering with tarpaulin or using sealed tanks) to prevent cement dust from flying.

4. Uninstalling operation
● Choose unloading location: Park the trailer on a flat, open and easy to unload site, ensuring that there are no obstacles around.
● Unloading method: Cement is unloaded through the unloading port at the bottom of the tank or a dedicated unloading device (such as a pneumatic unloading system), which can control the unloading speed and direction to ensure safe unloading.
● Cleaning and maintenance: After unloading, promptly clean the residual cement inside and outside the tank to avoid difficulty in cleaning after cement solidification.

5. Daily maintenance
● Cleaning: Regularly clean the tank, loading and unloading equipment, etc. to remove cement residue and dust.
● Lubrication and maintenance: lubricate and maintain the mechanical components of the vehicle (such as bearings, chains, etc.) to extend their service life.
● Anti corrosion treatment: Regularly inspect the anti-corrosion coating of the tank body, repair it in a timely manner if there is any damage, and prevent cement from corroding the tank body. When using cement bulk trailers, it is necessary to strictly follow the operating procedures and safety regulations to ensure the safety, efficiency, and environmental protection of the transportation process.
